Peter Hung

Peter Hung joined Illuminate in April 2023 as an Investment Executive based out of New York City. Previously, Peter was an investment associate with Rhino Ventures, where he focused on investing in early-stage Seed to Series A tech/tech-enabled businesses. Peter also worked closely with Rhino portfolio companies such as FISPAN (embedded enterprise ERP banking platform), Thinkific (knowledge commerce platform), and Side Door (marketplace for musicians), supporting them with fundraising, financial analysis/modeling, and go-to-market. Prior to his time at Rhino Ventures, Peter started his career in product management and software development, working for companies such as RBC and Google. Peter is originally from Vancouver, Canada and graduated from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
