Molly is an Events Assistant at Illuminate Financial, where she focuses on the planning and execution of events across the firm’s three global offices. Based out of London, Molly supports community initiatives and events operations, helping deliver high-quality experiences focused on the fintech and financial services ecosystem. Alongside her events responsibilities, Molly supports the Head of Community with marketing and brand work.
She is particularly interested in building meaningful professional communities, elevating event experiences, and supporting the growth of fintech innovation globally.
After graduating from The University of Bristol in 2023, Molly pursued some travel before joining Illuminate. Outside of work, you’ll find her travelling, exploring new restaurants, or enjoying the countryside.
