Luca Zorzino is a General Partner and Head of Singapore at Illuminate Financial, where he leads the firm’s Asia presence and invests in early-growth B2B fintech and enterprise technology companies across the region.

With over 15 years of experience across financial markets and enterprise tech, Luca has worked as both an operator and an investor, giving him a deep understanding of trading, post-trade, and private markets infrastructure, and the challenges faced by global financial institutions.

‍

Previously, Luca began his career at trading and risk management vendor Murex, where he worked on client-facing implementations and helped redesign cross-asset post-trade functionality for banks across Southeast Asia.

‍

Luca holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Masters in Management from Imperial College Business School, and trained as a computer engineer at Imperial College London.

‍

Luca is particularly interested in how advances in financial infrastructure, enterprise technology, and private markets innovation are reshaping how institutions operate and scale globally.
