Laura is an Executive Assistant at Illuminate, where she supports General Partner Alexander Ross and the New York team, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Previously, Laura was Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the executive team at LiquidX, a financial technology company in Midtown Manhattan. Before that, she worked across a range of community services initiatives, including managing a childcare facility for asylum seekers in Ireland and leading a community development programme producing a magazine for underserved individuals.

She is particularly interested in how thoughtful team support enables organisations to scale with impact.

Outside of work, you’ll find Laura travelling, enjoying family vacations in Ireland, or catching a show on Broadway.
