Esther Muschamp is HR Business Partner at Illuminate Financial, where she leads strategic, operational, and tactical HR initiatives across the firm’s global offices.
With over 20 years of HR experience, she has held senior roles supporting organisational growth, talent strategy, and people development across financial services and IT consulting. Previously, Esther was HR Manager at WHEB Asset Management. She holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
She is particularly interested in building inclusive cultures that enable high-performing teams to thrive.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending time with family and friends and is actively involved in her local community, including serving as a school governor and volunteering for charities.
