Emma is Executive Assistant to Mark Beeston, Founder and Managing Partner at Illuminate.
With 25+ years in the banking and finance industry she has worked across numerous divisions including Regulatory, Securities, Technology and Operations, giving her a broad spectrum of knowledge in each area.
Before joining Illuminate, Emma worked for the Chief Executive of the Premier League, providing full support of an ever-changing schedule and management and delivery of Club, Shareholder and Board Meetings. Prior to the Premier League, Emma gained 22 years of experience across five divisions at Goldman Sachs.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her on Pitch Marshall duty at her boys Rugby Club.
