Esther Muschamp

Esther joined Illuminate Financial in October 2025 as HR Business Partner. Based in London, she is responsible for strategic, operational, and tactical HR leadership across Illuminate Financial’s global offices. Esther has 20 years of HR experience spanning financial services and IT consulting. Her most recent role was HR Manager at WHEB Asset Management. Esther holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from Liverpool University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
