Denise Dyce is an Executive Assistant to Mark Beeston at Illuminate Financial, where she works closely with the Founder to ensure that his time, energy and focus remain on the decisions and relationships that matter most to Illuminate and its portfolio.

With over 18 years supporting founders, CEOs and UHNW principals across investment, private equity and family office environments, Denise brings a depth of experience to the EA craft - giving her an instinctive understanding of what it takes to operate effectively at the highest level of finance and investment.

Previously, she served as EA to the Founder and CEO of Unbound, a global investment firm, where she supported across a complex international portfolio and led significant operational projects. Before that, she spent three years at CDC Group - now British International Investment, the UK government's development finance institution - supporting the Head of Private Equity and leading a team of PAs across the department. Earlier, she spent over ten years at Tishman Speyer supporting the General Counsel across Europe and India, later expanding her remit to include the European Procurement programme.

Outside of work, Denise is a devoted music enthusiast with deep roots in the UK dance music scene, a proud dog mum to Monty, and happiest when surrounded by family.
