Crystal brings over 16 years of experience in the dynamic, fast-paced events industry, combining her background with deep expertise in executive support, office management, and event planning. She is a certified Chief of Staff and seasoned Executive Assistant, known for her ability to drive operational excellence and foster organisational cohesion.

Prior to joining Illuminate, Crystal supported the CEO and leadership team at Hustle & Bustle Group, where she played a key role during a period of rapid growth. Her contributions included enhancing cross-country operational efficiency, building high-performing teams, and implementing streamlined internal processes.

At Illuminate, Crystal provides dedicated support to Luca Zorzino, Partner based in Singapore, helping to ensure smooth operations across the firm's Asia presence.
