Crystal Tan is an Executive Assistant at Illuminate Financial, where she provides dedicated support to Partner Luca Zorzino and helps drive efficient operations across the firm’s Asia presence.

With over 16 years of experience across executive support, office management, and event operations, Crystal has built her career as an operator working closely with founders and leadership teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This has given her a practical perspective on how strong systems, people and culture enable organisations to scale effectively.

Previously, Crystal supported the CEO and leadership team at Hustle & Bustle Group during a period of rapid growth, where she progressed from Executive Assistant to certified Chief of Staff. In this role, she played a key part in strengthening cross-regional operations, supporting leadership effectiveness and building the foundations for sustainable team growth. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles within the events industry, managing complex programmes and stakeholders across multiple industries.

Crystal is particularly interested in how strong operating models, thoughtful leadership enablement, and intentional people and culture practices combine to create durable, long-term impact as organisations scale and mature.

Outside of work, you will find Crystal practising aerial arts (hoop) or planning her next travel adventure as she works her way around the world.
