Ting Yan

Ting Yan joined Illuminate as an Investment Executive based in Singapore in February 2023. Prior to joining Illuminate, Ting worked as an MBA Associate at AppWorks Ventures, a leading early-stage venture capital and accelerator focused on Greater Southeast Asia. Before that, Ting served as the Head of Finance at Evercomm Singapore, an energy AI startup that was acquired by a SGX-listed renewable conglomerate in 2021. He spearheaded fundraising from regional venture firms and impact funds, while expanding Evercomm’s outreach to other Asian countries and the Middle East. Additionally, Ting’s initiatives have been recognized by UN MGCY as one of the top 100 global youth-led sustainability projects, and he was appointed to lead the sustainability initiatives for the New Taipei City Government.
Ting holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.
