Lara Golder

Based in London, Lara joined Illuminate Financial in June 2023 as Executive Assistant to Mark Beeston.

Lara started her career in film, travelling the world assisting producers and directors, before moving into the corporate sphere, supporting the likes of Peter Kenyon (former CEO of Manchester United and Chelsea FC). With 20 years’ diverse experience as a board-level Senior Executive Assistant, across FTSE 100 companies and digital start-ups, Lara is well versed in managing C-suite individuals with confidence and precision.

In her spare time, Lara enjoys thrifting preloved designer pieces and practising minimalism which causes conflict with thrifting!
