Ellissa Cleveland

Ellissa Cleveland joined Illuminate Financial’s New York office in 2025 to support the firm’s investor relations and broader business development initiatives.
Before joining Illuminate, Ellissa was a member of the investor relations team at Veritas Capital, where she supported fundraising and LP relationships across the United States and Canada. Prior to Veritas, she was an Associate at AlphaSights, focused on the large-cap and technology buyout private equity segment. In this role, she partnered with private equity clients to facilitate early-stage industry research, M&A due diligence, and portfolio company support.
Ellissa holds a degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
